Russ Davis Peach Recall News – Russ Davis Wholesale has issued a recall for peach salsa products under the Crazy Fresh and Quick & Easy brands due to a possible Salmonella contamination linked to the ongoing Salmonella Enteritidis outbreak.
To date, Prima Wawona and ALDI, among others, have issued recalls for peach products due to the ongoing outbreak.
Russ Davis Wholesale Peach Recall Information
On August 25, 2020, Russ Davis Wholesale recalled its peach salsa products due to potential Salmonella contamination. This recall is in association with the Prima Wawona recall of peaches on August 22, 2020.

The recalled peach salsa products were delivered to retail stores in MN, WI, ND, SD, MI, IA, NE, and WY.
Some containers of recalled peach salsa may have been purchased from deli counters at grocery stores located in Ortonville, MN, Cross Lake, MN, and Tipton, IA. Five “Bountiful Fresh” gift baskets containing the recalled peaches were sold through one location in Hastings, MN.
Per the CDC, wash your hands thoroughly after handling the peaches; and remember to clean any surfaces (including the refrigerator) or utensils that came into contact with the recalled peaches. See CDC Food Safety Tips for additional CDC recommendations.
Affected peach products should not be consumed and can be returned to the point of purchase for a refund.

Do not consume peaches affected by the ALDI peach recall. The affected peaches should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the recalled peaches and remember to clean surfaces that came into contact with the recalled peaches.
