Tarheel Q Salmonella Outbreak News – The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) reports that as of July 6, 2015, a total of 262 illnesses have been associated with a Salmonella food poisoning outbreak linked to the Tarheel Q, located in Lexington, North Carolina.
